  • Keith J. Evans brings a unique perspective to executive coaching at Bryant Group, leveraging his extensive background in strategic planning, sales and account management. With leadership experience at Kaiser Permanente and WellPoint (now Elevance Health), Keith has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, optimizing business development strategies and building high-performing teams.

As Vice President of Marketing, Sales and Business Development at Kaiser Permanente (KP) Colorado, Keith led a team responsible for more than $2.5 billion in revenue, implementing strategies that increased customer engagement, improved retention and strengthened relationships with large employer groups. As Vice President of Consumer, Sales and Retention at KP, he played a pivotal role in launching virtual engagement platforms that expanded Kaiser’s access to key clients, including CalPERS (660,000 members) and the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program during the pandemic. His efforts in data transparency and analytics helped improve reporting for distribution partners, leading to stronger sales performance.

At WellPoint (Anthem), Keith oversaw Individual and Family Plans, driving substantial membership growth through targeted sales initiatives. His ability to optimize operations and develop strategic partnerships positioned the company for sustained success in an evolving healthcare landscape. His leadership across both organizations contributed to increased customer satisfaction, improved market responsiveness and stronger overall business performance.

Unlike many executive coaches who come from traditional nonprofit fundraising and advancement backgrounds, Keith brings a unique skill set rooted in business development, consumer engagement and strategic leadership. His expertise provides nonprofit and corporate leaders with fresh perspectives on scaling impact, strengthening partnerships and driving sustainable growth.
A passionate advocate for diversity, innovation and community service, Keith has also served on numerous nonprofit boards, helping organizations enhance their strategic direction and long-term sustainability. His results-driven coaching helps leaders refine their vision, improve operational efficiency and accelerate career growth.

Outside of work, Keith enjoys cycling and spending time with his family. He is married to Zeynep, and they have two daughters, Jasmine and Melissa, who both played college volleyball at NC State.
