Our Approach
We approach our coaching with an intentional method.

Bryant Group uses both the DiSC assessment and the proprietary HabitFinder assessment. Although other coaches may use similar assessments separately, we are the only firm in our field to combine the two to provide a 360-degree approach to leadership coaching.

Leadership education is most effective when theory is immediately applied to the workplace. Our programs and coaching plans are created with this in mind. We provide the leadership education professionals at all levels need to be more successful in their current roles as well as preparing them as leaders for the future.

We teach individuals how to use their natural strengths as a powerful tool—and how to overcome barriers to success. Our thousands of hours of leadership training and real-world experience give us a unique skill set to impact both the participant’s individual performance and effectiveness as a leader.
Our Experience
Bryant Group executives are experienced facilitators and coaches. We helped some of the U.S. and Canada’s brightest leaders through the unprecedented time of leadership that arose during the COVID pandemic.
