Jenny’s commitment to helping leaders find empowerment and happiness in their working lives has provided her clients with insights, skills and plans that inspire them to make powerful changes. Her clients come from a range of backgrounds and experience levels, each discovering new ways of realizing their personal and professional potential. Prior to launching her coaching practice in 2020, Jenny spent 18 years in the non-profit sector, serving in a variety of leadership roles within the healthcare and higher education sectors. She is a trusted partner and thought leader in the advancement space thanks to her experience and extensive background in running large scale advancement operations, engagement strategy creation, volunteer recruitment, board management and special event fundraising.
