The University of Texas at Arlington is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Strategic Partnerships - Corporate & Foundation Engagement who will play a pivotal role in advancing philanthropy for UTA from corporate and foundation partners. The Assistant VP will oversee a campus-wide foundation and industry engagement effort to build comprehensive relationships with top corporate and foundation entities to enhance and grow fundraising, research partnerships, workforce development and institutional sponsorships. The Assistant VP will work closely with campus leadership including the President and Provost as well as Athletics, Deans and other academic leadership to coordinate campus-wide multilevel strategies for a portfolio of top institutional industry partners and foundation funders.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate personal success in identifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding corporate contacts at high-level complex industry partners. Demonstrated experience in developing and advising corporate and foundation strategy; working with an institution's development, research and academic leadership; and experience in capital and comprehensive campaigns is desired.
