Boise State University Foundation is seeking the Senior Executive Director of Alumni & Donor Relations, which offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic and growing program that directly impacts the university's mission. This executive-level position provides strategic oversight of a comprehensive alumni and donor relations program, including event planning, donor stewardship and the development of initiatives that strengthen ties with alumni nationwide. The Sr. Executive Director will lead a talented team responsible for executing high-level events, managing major, annual and principal gift donors, and ensuring the effective use and impact of donor contributions. As the primary liaison to the Boise State University Alumni Association, this leader plays a key role in expanding the university’s reach through a nation-wide volunteer network while fostering lasting relationships with alumni and donors.
This role offers significant autonomy, allowing the Senior Executive Director to formulate and administer policies that impact alumni engagement and donor relations, while directly influencing the university's reputation and overall performance. Working closely with the Foundation leadership team and university departments, the successful candidate will help shape strategic priorities and ensure alignment with campus-wide initiatives. The position requires a strong background in alumni relations, donor stewardship and strategic planning, with a Master’s degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience.
