Wendy Wright brings a depth of leadership experience to Bryant Group. Developed through her distinguished 15-year military career, where she rose to the rank of Major in the U.S. Army, Wendy's time in the military was marked by numerous high-impact roles. Her service included Deputy Secretary of the General Staff for both the U.S. Army Reserve Command and I Corps. In these positions, she managed the coordination, approval, and dissemination of key communications from top-ranking officials, ensuring smooth operations at the highest levels.

During her service as a leader in our country’s armed forces, Wendy led a military history detachment in northern Iraq, where she and her team collected more than 500 oral histories from U.S. and Iraqi military leaders, soldiers, and civilians. Additionally, the team gathered several terabytes of both classified and unclassified electronic data, all of which were archived at the U.S. Army Center of Military History. Her outstanding contributions and leadership throughout this mission were recognized with several honors, including the Bronze Star and the Meritorious Service Medal.

After her military career, Wendy served as the Executive Director of the River Valley Pioneer Museum in Canadian, Texas, transforming programming, educational initiatives, marketing and accessibility. She also played a critical role in expanding memberships, cultivating donor relationships, and securing essential grants for both operational and educational growth.

Wendy holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Master of Arts in Public History from Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis. Her exceptional track record in leadership, strategic operations, and community engagement makes her a vital part of the Bryant Group team.
