  • Sarah is an exceptional recruiter and leader in executive search, known for her ability to place transformative C-Suite talent for industry-leading, multibillion-dollar institutions across higher education, healthcare, and nonprofits. With over 25 years of experience in leadership and recruitment, she consistently delivers human-centered solutions and exceeds client expectations by partnering with some of the world’s most renowned organizations.

    Before joining Bryant Group, Sarah held pivotal roles in higher education fundraising and development. At the University of South Florida, she implemented an in-house crowdfunding platform, developed a young alumni program, and established leadership annual giving, laying the foundation for future major gifts. During her 14 years at Washington University, Sarah advanced through progressively higher roles, managing DIII athletics development, leading volunteer solicitation teams, and overseeing a $21M annual fund. Her teams earned 12 CASE awards under her leadership, underscoring her ability to inspire teams and achieve exceptional results.

    Since joining Bryant Group in 2021, Sarah has quickly risen to lead the entire search line, building on her passion for relationships, innovative solutions, and process improvement. Her dedication to advancing leadership through philanthropy has become a hallmark of her career.

    Prior to her higher-education career, Sarah managed public relations for NASCAR drivers and their corporate sponsors, further showcasing her adaptability and relationship-building skills.

    Sarah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Elon University in North Carolina and continues to champion transformative leadership through her work.
