Sally is a 2x Inc. 5000 CEO, keynote speaker, and leadership devotee with decades of experience in coaching, leadership development and recruitment. As the CEO of Bryant Group, a trusted global leadership and recruitment firm, she has guided the company to record growth, serving many of the world’s top colleges, universities, healthcare systems and not-for-profit organizations.
Sally has a vision for the industry that focuses on changing the world through leadership excellence. Sally has created an environment of success for her clients using a recruiting and leadership consulting philosophy that has been honed over decades and has served multi-billion-dollar organizations.
Prior to joining Bryant Group in 2007, Sally held a variety of senior leadership positions in higher education and healthcare, as well as serving as a recruiter and sales leader in corporate America. Her advancement career culminated in serving on the President’s executive leadership team as Dean of Advancement at Marymount College, where she increased the College’s annual fundraising totals 15-fold over five years. She began her consulting career as the founder and President of DeChenne Company/Philanthropy Consulting, where she partnered with some of the largest universities in the country.
Sally has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal on finance, highlighted by the CEO organization Vistage Worldwide, Inc. on Women in Leadership, and has been awarded the Council for Advancement and Support of Education’s John T. Shamblin Jr. Top Hand award for service to the advancement industry—an award only bestowed eight times since it was established in 1991. Sally serves as a member of the national Industry Advisory Council for the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), among other volunteer activities.
Sally holds a Bachelor of Arts in English/Business summa cum laude from the Honors College at Washington State University, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa and top three in her class.
