Katie brings diverse experience in both higher education and for-profit organizations in recruitment and talent development. The majority of her experience comes from her time in the University of Rochester's Alumni and Advancement Office, where she focused on recruiting, internal development and engagement. Through progressively higher roles, her time at the University of Rochester centered around working closely with leadership on process improvement, transparancy in the hiring process and championing a culture supporting diversity, equity and inclusion. Prior to working with Bryant Group, she was a Talent Development Manager at ChemImage Corporation, focusing on a wide range of roles within the biotech industry.

Katie has a Bachelor of Arts in Adversiting from Syracuse University.
