The University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Development (DoD) to play a pivotal role in advancing the mission of the Colleges of Nursing, Health Professions and Graduate Health Sciences. This is an exceptional opportunity to collaborate closely with Deans and College leadership, shaping strategic priorities and leading impactful fundraising efforts that will directly support the growth and success of these key academic units.

In this highly visible role, the Director of Development will be traveling frequently and at the forefront of building and nurturing relationships with current and prospective donors. You will lead efforts to engage new supporters and network within corporate and community organizations to create new partnerships and raise awareness of the Colleges’ needs. You will work closely with alumni board leadership to create and execute strategies for alumni engagement and fundraising initiatives, aligning efforts with the Colleges’ broader goals.
