  • As a leader in the field of executive search, Chris has honed his skills and expertise in executive leadership across a broad spectrum of industries. From providing strategic counsel in consulting and executive search to steering businesses towards growth and optimizing performance strategies, his journey has been marked by an unwavering commitment to talent strategy and organizational development. His diverse experience allows him to consistently deliver top-tier results and guide organizations toward success.

    Chris started his career as a high school English and Spanish teacher before transitioning to the University of Idaho where he started his advancement career. He credits his early years as a coach and teacher with igniting his passion for education and helping others in their individual and professional development journey. He has served alongside talented leaders and colleagues at the University of Idaho, Washington State University, Gonzaga University and Ruffalo Noel Levitz. Whether launching a campaign, releasing a new product or sharing a new vision for growth he brings an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset to all opportunities.

    Active in his community, Chris has been engaged in youth sports, the BIte2Go feeding program, The Jonah Project (for survivors of human trafficking and at-risk women/children), and with the Rockwood Retirement Community.

    He is a trusted mentor and leader for several local groups and serves on the Life Center Church Council Board. Chris and his wife Tonya support a number of local nonprofit programs with a special passion for helping at-risk children and mothers. Chris lives in the Pacific Northwest and when not hard at work he's likely on skis or wheels in the mountains of Washington and Idaho.
