The University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) is seeking a dynamic and driven professional to join their team as the inaugural Assistant Dean for Development for the College of Engineering. As the driving force behind securing transformative leadership and principal gifts, the candidate will closely collaborate with influential leaders, including the Dean and faculty members, to create and execute cutting-edge fundraising strategies that captivate UTA's passionate alumni network.
As part of this role, the Assistant Dean will collaborate with faculty leaders on fundraising objectives and strategic initiatives while also working towards enhancing visibility through effective collaboration between administrators, donors and alumni. Additionally, this position plays a vital role in managing communication efforts, supporting development activities and promoting donor engagement amongst all donors associated with the College.
