Additionally, we have developed the longest and broadest off-limits policy in the executive search industry. We will not recruit any candidate we have recruited to your organization for as long as they are employed by your organization—even if they are promoted to another position or transferred to another department. Furthermore, we will not recruit any other member of the related advancement staff for at least a full year following the conclusion of the search.
We also provide the longest guarantee in the industry for our clients. If the selected candidate resigns or is terminated for cause within 12 months of his or her start date, we will conduct a one-time replacement search at no additional professional fee. We are proud to have current successful candidates who remain at those institutions for a decade or more.
