If a candidate who was identified and presented by BRYANT GROUP and employed under the terms of the contract with our client should resign or be terminated for cause within one year of the individual's start date, BRYANT GROUP will conduct a one-time replacement serach at no additional professional fee. This guarantee will be honored when the reporting relationships, responsibilities and functions of the job match the original position description.
BRYANT GROUP has the longest and broadest off-limits policy to our knowledge in the recruiting industry. Our policy prohibits the recruitment of any successful candidate who was recruited to the client institution for as long as that individual is employed by the institution. Further, the professional advancement staff of that organization is off-limits for one year following the conclusion of the search assignment.
